By accessing and using FlexiQR's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. Your continued use of FlexiQR after any modifications to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

FlexiQR offers multiple subscription tiers with different features and limits:
Free Tier
Up to 5 QR codes, no analytics access, 5-second branded redirect screen
Pay-Per-Code ($2/month or $20/year per code)
Unlock analytics on individual codes, remove branding on specific codes
Starter ($10/month or $100/year)
Up to 20 codes with analytics, unlimited codes without analytics, no branding
Pro ($25/month or $250/year)
Unlimited codes with full analytics, no branding, priority support
Subscription fees are billed automatically through Paddle. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Prohibited Content: No phishing, malware, illegal content, spam, or abusive links. We actively monitor and may disable violating QR codes without notice.
You agree not to use FlexiQR for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. Specifically, you agree not to:
We maintain a domain blocklist and actively monitor for abuse. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
To ensure service quality and prevent abuse, we enforce the following limits:
Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or service restrictions. Contact us if you need higher limits for legitimate use cases.
While we strive for high availability and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, for maintenance, upgrades, security issues, or any other reason. We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss.
Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create using FlexiQR, including destination URLs, metadata, uploaded images, and QR code destinations. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Our Platform
FlexiQR, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without express written permission.
QR Codes
The QR code images generated through our service are yours to use, print, and distribute as you wish. However, the underlying redirect service and infrastructure remain our property.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using FlexiQR, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy, including our use of cookies and third-party service providers.
Service "As Is"
FlexiQR is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexiQR and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the service; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of your content; (c) statements or conduct of any third party; or (d) any other matter related to the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlexiQR and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the service.
By You
You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your QR codes will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which they will be deactivated. Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and disable any QR codes immediately, without notice or refund, if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to: creating links to malicious, illegal, or prohibited content; engaging in abuse or harassment; attempting unauthorized access; or any other conduct we deem harmful to our service, users, or reputation. We may also terminate inactive accounts after providing reasonable notice.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use FlexiQR immediately ceases. All QR codes associated with your account will be deactivated and will redirect to a termination notice. We reserve the right to delete all your data within 90 days of termination.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FlexiQR shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FlexiQR operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of FlexiQR after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use of the service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FlexiQR regarding the use of our service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
