At FlexiQR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains our refund terms for paid subscriptions. We process all payments securely through Paddle, and refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all first-time subscribers to our paid plans (Per-Code, Starter, and Pro). If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility Requirements

The refund request must be made within 14 days of your first subscription payment
This guarantee applies only to first-time subscribers
The guarantee applies to both monthly and annual plans

Annual Plan Refunds

For annual subscription plans, we offer additional flexibility beyond the standard 14-day guarantee.

Within 30 Days

If you cancel your annual subscription within the first 30 days, you will receive a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription, minus any months already used.

After 30 Days

Annual subscriptions canceled after 30 days are not eligible for refunds. However, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

Monthly Plan Cancellations

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. After the 14-day money-back guarantee period:

No refunds are provided for partial months of service
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
You will not be charged for future billing periods after cancellation
You can continue to use paid features until the end of your billing period
Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals (second billing cycle and beyond) are not eligible for refunds. Since you have already experienced our service during the previous billing period, the money-back guarantee does not apply to renewal charges. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.

Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrades

When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. The upgrade takes effect immediately.

Downgrades

When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for downgrades. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until the billing period ends.

Technical Issues and Exceptions

We understand that technical issues can occur. If you experience significant service disruptions or technical problems that prevent you from using FlexiQR as intended:

Contact our support team immediately to report the issue
We will work to resolve the technical problem as quickly as possible
If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a refund or service credit on a case-by-case basis

Refunds for technical issues are evaluated individually and are at FlexiQR's sole discretion.

Free Plan

Our Free plan is available indefinitely at no cost. Since there is no payment required, refunds do not apply to the Free plan. You can use the Free plan to test FlexiQR's core features before committing to a paid subscription.

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 1-2 business days
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle within 5-10 business days
The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider
Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly if you have any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and may prevent future use of FlexiQR services. We are committed to resolving all legitimate concerns fairly and promptly.

Your continued use of FlexiQR after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Refund requests will be evaluated under the policy in effect at the time of your original purchase.
